What is your standard turnaround time?+
Standard delivery is 2 business days from the moment your photo and payment are received. Orders placed after 6pm, on weekends, or on public holidays begin the next business day.
How does Rush delivery work?+
Two rush tiers are available. Priority Rush delivers your restored photo within 1–5 hours for an additional $20. Express Rush delivers within 1 hour for an additional $50. Rush hours run 8am–10pm local time, 7 days a week.
Are there any limits on Rush orders?+
Rush is best suited for Basic and Standard restorations of 1–3 photos. Premium restorations, severely damaged photos, colorization, and orders of 4+ photos may require standard turnaround — we'll confirm by message before charging the rush fee.
What if you can't meet the Rush deadline?+
If we cannot deliver within the rush window for any reason, the rush fee is refunded in full and your order continues on standard turnaround. The base restoration price is never affected.
When does the clock start?+
Turnaround begins once we have (1) your uploaded photo, (2) your payment confirmation, and (3) any reference notes you've shared. Missing or low-resolution scans can delay the start — we'll reach out within 1 hour if anything is needed.
What file types can I upload?+
We accept JPG, PNG, TIFF, and HEIC. Scans at 600 DPI or higher produce the finest results.
Can severely damaged photos be repaired?+
Yes. Our Premium package handles major damage, missing areas, and heavy fading through advanced reconstruction.
How do I receive my completed photos?+
You'll log into your customer portal to download high-resolution and print-ready files, plus a ZIP for multi-photo orders.
Do you offer prints?+
Yes — add archival prints from 4×6 up to 16×20 directly to any order.
